In addition to tea, I also love wine;
I love to taste the quality, not greedy for quantity!
I like relative few wine categories: brewed strong red wine from different countries,
old whisky (especially Japan whisky) and old brandy.
My wife and I are ‘food lovers’, my father brought the massage to me that everybody should be a “food searcher”;
I enjoy foods, I like searching for quality restaurants in Hong Kong and around the world with Teresa and acquaintances.
Work hard, play hard; enjoy food and wine, talk about life with friends,
and then have a cup of tea after a meal, this kind of joy is self-evident!
